Jodi Hemry - FEI 3*** Event Level Rider & Trainer

Jodi Hemry grew up in Montana riding horses on her parents' farm. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University, she decided to pursue her passion for horses. Jodi moved to Massachusetts and became a working student for Torrance Watkins, 1984 Olympic Gold Medalist. She also worked for Jim Stamets and ran a boarding facility in Hamilton, MA for 2 years. From there, she had an opportunity to work for an advanced level event trainer in Aiken, SC. During this time, Jodi met Kim Severson, 2004 Silver Olympic Medalist. Jodi continues to train with Kim Severson to further her education riding event horses. Now located at Pine Ridge Stables in the heart of the city of Aiken, SC, Jodi has competed successfully through the Intermediate Level in eventing and placed in the top ten at Morven Park CCI* and Poplar Place Farm CIC*, as well as completing Jersey Fresh CCI** in 2011.

While Lynsey Ekema is a full time Medical Illustrator and Mobile/Web Application Developer at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Georgia, she also creates web and marketing design materials for all clientele in a variety of areas including Equestrian Professionals. Lynsey a is a graduate of the Medical Illustration Graduate Program at the Medical College of Georgia [MCG] and obtained a B.F.A. in illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. While obtaining her Masters, Lynsey brought her horse Loper to Aiken and started training with Jodi Hemry in Eventing. After joining Jodi's training program, both Lynsey and Loper are preparing to qualify for their first Novice Three Day Event.

Amy Boyle - Support Staff

Amy Boyle grew up riding horses on her Dad's farm in Arkansas. In 2008, Amy qualified for the AEC championships in Training and Novice level eventing. Amy joined the Jodi's team in November of 2009. Also in 2009 Amy began training her mare, Skip To My Lew for eventing. Over the course of the next couple of years Amy and Lew gained several wins as they moved up the levels to preliminary. In 2011 Amy competed in her first 1* at the Virginia Three Day Event, placing 12th, was 4th at the 2011 AEC's in preliminary, and was named the 2011 Preliminary Adult Amateur Rider of the Year. Amy earned her BS in Psychology and a degree in Nursing. She continues to be an integral part of the Jodi Hemry Eventing's team.



After eventing for almost 30 years, Bonnie Mosser is one of the most recognizable names in American Eventing. Bonnie is regularly seen at the top of scoreboards around the country and abroad. She has been a competitor for her entire life and she knows what it means to train hard and ride to win. She has earned the championship title in many of the sportís most prestigious competitions including the Foxhall National Advanced Championship and the Jersey Fresh CCI***. In addition to her competitive results, Bonnie was chosen to represent the United States as part of the High Performance Talent Team that travelled to the Luhmuhllen CCI**** in 2005. She has also been a member of the United States Equestrian Team High Performance Development Squad, on six separate occasions. Bonnie has represented the United States as the alternate rider for the 2006 World Equestrian Games, the 2007 Pan American Games and the 2008 Olympics.

Kim Severson, as an international competitor and Olympic Silver Medalist, is one of the country's top event riders. Some of Kim's career highlights include winning Blenheim CCI*** in 2001, winning the USA Team Gold at the World Equestrian Games in Jerez, Spain in 2002, winning Rolex Kentucky CCI**** in 2002, 2004, and 2005, and winning the individual Silver Medal in the Olympics in Athens, Greece. In addition to all of Kim's accomplishments, she is a wonderful teacher. Jodi Hemry has been training with Kim for the past 5 yrs. and credits much of her success to what she has learned from Kim. Kim also boards at Marrinson Stables during the winter months where she trains and gives lessons. The partnership between Kim Severson and Marrinson Stables offers a unique opportunity to ride with an Olympic level rider.
